ICQ is a smart way to keep in touch with friends, family or anybody.

ICQ or 'I Seek You "(I seek you) is a client and an IM network, offering a number of features that are specific to it, such as the ability to display their status (online / offline) on its website.

This small program is responsible for finding friends, colleagues and people with similar interests around the world, people who could communicate by e-mail, chat, SMS, or phone in a very simple manner. ICQ offers file transfer to all the contacts, including friends on Facebook or Google Talk, but also the contacts from the mobile.

The software has several interesting features, including the management tabs for conversations, "pop-up" notification when a message is received or the connection of a contact, the ability to send SMS to a mobile phone fee.
